Its seems like it is caused due to cheek bite or due to some food.
Don't worry it will resolve itself. But if it doesn't heal or re appear then visit clinic. Because if their is any sharp edge over tooth, then it need to be trimmed.

See it seems to be a blood clot similar to petechiae but the reason is due to cheek bite or food injury I suggest you to get selective grinding done for the involved teeth for immediate relief.for further details you can consult me

Don't worry about it. It's a cheek bite due sudden bite while chewing foodstuff.
No need to do anything. It will resolve on it's own.

It looks like a small blood clot due to a cheek bite trauma. If this occurs repeatedly,you can get your teeth assessed for any sharp edges and get them rounded off. Otherwise this will heal by itself in sometime.
