Recurrent perianal absces
1 perianal abscess has been surgically treated one month back. Another one is occuring nearby. What should be the line of treatment and what may be the cause

Reforming of abscesses is usually because there is a fistula there. You need to see a surgeon but he will be able to assess the situation better after the abscess drains.
