Recovery from arthroscopic surgery .
I am a 19 year old student who had ACL surgery and medial meniscus repair about a month ago, I am able to bend my knee upto 90° and fully extend my knee . From when can I expect to walk normally (just walking and climbing stairs) without crutches ?

Gradual return to usual activities is the dictum  that should  be followed.Build up your stamina slowly  and gradually.
