Recovery after physio session
I just had a physio session done for tendon related injury on my elbow..I had heat and electric therapy..I injured my elbow overdoing triceps exercise in gym couple of years back..While my pain is managed after the sessions, doc wasnt elaborate about further rehab and precautions..pls guide me rehab processes..should i use brace,what kind of exercise should i do, should i lift weights..

If your pain is totally subsided then No need of Physio if not then contd with physio session

Continue with physio sessions for more around 5 days. No need to wear any brace.. Avoid lifting weights for few days. Instead you can use therabands to keep your muscles strengthened. That way, muscle tone is maintained.

First of all do as per your doctor suggest you he knows what is good for you. He has recover you. So consult first for further rehab program continue properly.
