Brush twice daily. Get Scaling done every 6 months. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months Get a inlay or onlay made on your RC treated tooth. Crowns are not advisable for all rct treated crowns. Regards

Go for cleaning or scaling of your teeth once in every 6months or atleast once in a year . It keeps your teeth & gums healthy & help prior to detect any cavity or problems in your mouth .

Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. Avoid too sweet and sticky food items. Add more raw fruits and vegetables in diet.

General tips - 1. Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using modified bass technique (Check Youtube) 2. Floss once a day using a dental floss, younifloss or water flosser 3. Rinse after every meal 4. Restrict sugary foods to meal time
Next Steps
Make sure to get a cap, as the tooth is brittle after RCT similar to tree bark without life. Make sure to floss in between the cap and natural tooth to avoid food lodgement.
