Hi...signs that you have mentioned, suggests that your gums are having problem... medication won't help you unless the cause of gums going down is found and solved...I would advice you to visit any good dentist or periodontist(gums specialist) near your place and get your gums assessed...doctor will suggest you treatment and medications as per your situation...
The exact cause for increased tooth exposure needs to be found out.
Common causes are gum diseases, faulty toothbrushing etc.
If left untreated, it may cause sensitivity and the tooth may even fall out.
