RCT without cap
I recently got my root canal treatment done. Is it mandatory to get a cap for it? Please clarify asap.

Crown is mandatory. As ur tooth wil be brittle in nature which wil lead to fracture. Therfore it is advisable to opt for crown. Dont ignore

Yes only if the tooth has hardly any biting function. So if it's a molar or even a premolar, then a cap is recommended. However if it's a front tooth with decent structure then it's avoidable.

No. It is not. It depends on how much tooth structure you had lost before RCT was done, due to decay / trauma to the tooth etc.

Normally it is mandatory .... because the tooth becomes brittle due to loss of nourishment but you can take sometime to get it done ...
