Your still 19 and already have a tooth which is indicated for rct shows your attention towards your oral hygiene is poor. Please do visit a dentist for a yearly check up so u can prevent future problems. Rct is a treatment that is rendered for a tooth with an infected pulp. If you do not get the procedure the infection will reach your system causing you harm. Please do get the procedure done and take care of your oral staus, ask your dentist for preventive measures and change of any dietary habit if required

If u will not go for rct then tooth will be more carious and will have to extract later.so better to go for rct

It is the conservative procedure to save your teeth and it wont cause any health issues in future...

If the RCT is done properly there should not be any problem. You need to get capping done for the tooth after that
