RCT procedure
I were to get the RCT done but lockdown happened. It pained once but I took enzoflam for 3 days and since then it has been fine. The tooth is little sensitive at times but no pain. I am conscious of loosing the tooth as it has become hollow. I stay in Pune and I am scared of going out for a procedure. Please advise what can I do. Attached are pictures of current state of tooth.

If it is mild pain,  you can do Luke warm water salt gargle and see.if that is eliminating your pain, you can regularly do that a few times every day. If not effective or worsening the pain, T. parasafe 650, maximum 3 times a day, if required. If pain is moderate to severe (considering you are not pregnant or lactating mother) you can have T. Ketorol DT,  dilute in water and consume, after food. Take ANTACID along. If still doesn't subside,  T. Augmentin duo 625,3 times/day, after food. Total 15 tablets. T. Metrogyl 400, 2 times/day.total 6 tablets after food. C. Roles D,  once a day,  empty stomach. For 4 days.
Next Steps
visit dentist as soon as its safe enough to go outside.
Health Tips
Avoid eating hard/sticky/sweet, very hot/cold food No extra/intr-oral hot compression or application if ointments or balm.

By looking at the image, it looks like you definitely need RCT. For now do warm salt water rinses regularly. If you have pain, repeat the prescribed medicines.
Next Steps
visit a dentist when it is safe and get the treatment done.
Health Tips
Do now eat from this side till you get it treated, or tooth may fracture . do not eat very hot/cold food.

Visit to the nearest dentist, get a x-ray done and I think it will be get better after restoration or root canal treatment which will be decided after looking at the x-ray.

It surely would be needing an RCT as the permanent treatment
Next Steps
for now u can repeat the course of the medications as prescribed by your dentist or at least you can take 2 tablets of ketrol dt together whenever it pains with maximum upto 6 tablets per day
Health Tips
don't chew from that side and maintain the surrounding area clean by brushing properly and don't let the food get lodged inside the tooth...if it gets lodged do warm salt water rinses and for sensitivity you can use anti sensitivity toothpaste like vantej/shy nm/elsenz...any 1 of them....apply it with a finger on the tooth for 5 min and then brush your entire teeth...it will be of some help but the permanent treatment is RCT so if the pain doesn't subside completely by the medicines....see if any dentist is available
