Hi. I think you need to look into the oral hygiene of your daughter. Do make her brush twice a day. Make sure she rinses her mouth after eating anything sticky. Don't feed her milk at bedtime, make sure she rinses after having milk. Visit your dentist once every 3 mos so incase of any small cavities, they can be easily filled and bit spread. Do keep a track of her eating habits as well

Hi Anita , even after treating  6 teeth other teeth are getting  cavities is because  of rapidly spreading  cavities. In two years 8 teeth getting  cavitation  is not a good sign. Something with the child's diet and oral hygiene is going wrong. To find out what detailed examination and history is needed.you should  consult  a pediatric  dentist. Cavities are multifactorial.  There is no single cause  for it.

Having rampant cavities in mouth is often very challenging for parents. Treating it is very important. 2yrs child mostly don't have all their 20 primary teeth in mouth, could be that the new teeth, have decay now. Root canal may not be needed if fillings are don't well in time for teeth.
