No it won't cause oral cancer. Their could be many reasons for sensitivity like re infection in root canal treated tooth, gum infection or no capping done after root canal. X ray is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options. Try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day, warm saline water rinses two to three times a day.

A cold sensation is felt in the non-root canal treated tooth never in the root canal treated tooth as for a hot sensation is concern it may be due to secondary infection in RCT. Most likely you need Re RCT,confirmation after x-ray.

I think , you didn’t place a cap( crown-FPD) over the RCT tooth. Please go for it and your problem will be resolved man.
Next Steps
Before that plz take IOPA and check the status of the tooth.
Health Tips
Don’t bite anything hard with that tooth, even after cap placement. Hope this help you man

Hello, Calm down and don't worry it won't lead to oral cancer ... Best is to get an x-ray done and see the reason of sensitivity around the tooth.

No it doesn't cause oral cancer. Maybe you need a re-rct for that tooth. I'm not sure if you have a cap or an intact filling on this tooth concerned. Would request you to visit a dentist for a check up and an xray to come to a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
Next Steps
visit a dentist for a check up
