Radix paramolaris
I recently had cavity issue so went for RCT and after X-ray doctor found that I have Radix Paramolaris (2 extra root canal). Can you explain it's impact on my RCT and why is it with me. Is it common or rare.

Hello sir ..   RADIX PARAMOLARIS is nothing but presence of additional distobuccal root in lower molar ... Presence of extra root canal is quite common ...No need to worry about this.  
Next Steps
You  need to get root canal treatment of that additional root canal also  to prevent complications of Root canal failure in future....

Extra canals are quite common. As long as they are located and filled properly during the treatment , they do not affect the outcome in anyway. If left unfilled then there is chance of infection.
