Based on xray right loee back rooth has infection at the base of the root which is already treated. Do u have any pain, other?

It seems like you have got infection in your already rct treated tooth so need to go for re -rct of the same tooth

Your OPG suggest periapical infection in the right lower quadrant in first molar. See if you have pain/swelling etc and get it consulted again once

Hello sir,
Hope you are doing well. On seeing the x ray, it seems like you have some more infection at the first molar of right side. Otherwise root canal seems good while seeing in this view of x ray.If you have pain just consult us and ask for further treatment regarding your root canal
