Radiating pain from neck to bicep
I have a radiating pain from neck to bicep is this disc compression?? Some are suggesting to go for surgery or some are suggesting for physiotherapy

You definitely have C5/C6 PIVD but the decision of surgery  should be taken after clinical evaluation . If clinical  & radiological features match you should have the surgery at the earliest
