Rabies anxiety?
Three days ago, I was walking on a railway platform and stray dog came running towards me and ran past me from the left side. I didn't pay any attention to it then but after a few hours..I saw these tiny marks on my left hand and now I am concerned about rabies. I have been vaccinated 3 months ago and I have rabies anxiety so I guess I am just overthinking it. But please check out the marks and suggest if I need to take boosters? I also have a two week old antibody titer report in my hand saying that I have a good titer. So should I just forget about this incident or take two boosters for safety? I am sorry I know I sound like a paranoid person, I am just very afraid of dogs and rabies.

Since you have anxiety about Rabies it is better that you take a full course of 5 Anti-Rabies vaccine injections. It may not have a scientific basis but your anxiety also doesn't have a scientific basis.
