Questions regarding nutrition post covid
I was diagnosed with covid on 5th june (loss of smell, taste & weakness were the symptoms) i recovered almost after 22 days. However I still feel that my lung ability to take long deep breaths has decreased significantly also my stamina and strength has also decreased significantly, I have experienced this while trying to workout. I want to incorporate some vitamin supplements and some marco supplements like whey protein etc. At the moment I am taking Tablet A to Z which was prescribed to me for my symptom of weakness and fatigue. I wanted to ask what kind of due diligence (tests etc) I need to do before I permanently start a multivitamin, is it a good idea to incorporate a multivitamin in my daily diet? If yes for how long should I continue it. Also, I am not a weightlifter or anything I work out mostly through bodyweights along with yoga and cardio, is it  good idea to start consuming whey protein in my daily diet? Would it harm my body if workouts are not regular?

Hi, This is a very important period, to get recover to normal life. To boost the immunity protein rich nutritious diet is very important and with that vitamins minerals should be present in your diet in good amount. One thing just want to say the bioavailability of nutrients from food is more than supplement. So it will be better to take natural resources.
