After what age does erections decline I am asking because after 40, i feel erections not strong as before and it cuts my pleasure and confidence. The organ is shrinking and structural changes r visible too! I have hypertension so is that a factor?

Hello , yes there are degenerative changes after 40 , but they should be that strong to affect your pleasure yet , but maybe due to hypertension it is occuring , or due to some other reason it is happening

40 is too early to have erectile Dysfunction. BTW there is no age limit for having erections.
While the issue with shrinking and structural changes can be because of other reasons. Some anit hypertensive medicines does have a side effects of causing erectile dysfunctions or impotency. With right homoeopathic treatment it can be corrected. Feel free to consult online.
