I am on weight loss mission. Can I eat rahi dosa (fermented) during my weight loss regime?? Kindly advise. Also can I eat idli once a week

What is your height weight. Yes u can eat ragi dosa and idli. Will suggest don't go without expert advice. It can be dangerous. I can help with 4-5 KGS weight loss in month

Yes, you can eat 1ragi dosa in breakfast with rasam. Divide your remaining meal in a low carbohydrate meal like lunch should be fruit curd with vegetablesoup, Dinner-vegetable salad, watermelon. This procedure you can follow 3 days simultaneously. You must lose good weight for sure, try it
