I'm having fever since last Thursday,had surgery(ileostomy closure),on 05th Dec
Was having fever and pus was coming out of wound..Im currently taking antibiotic ciprodfoxacin 500mg,twice day and doing regular dressing

It’s antibiotic is resistant change to tigecycline kindly do blood and urine culture also and please consult your surgeon

If ur your renal parameters are normal
U can take amikacin 250 mg once a day IM for 5 days
