Pulsating at the back of my head

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Pulsating at the back of my head throughout the day and night since 8 days now. Can hear some resound in my right ear when I hear some sounds. I have GERD since three months. Need help.. I also keep taking Deep breaths.. this is disturbing my daily tasks and bothering me while I'm sleeping too..
