Pulsating sound in ear
When I climb stairs  or do physical activities if I sleep after activites turning left side I hear pulsating sound in my left ear , is there anything wrong with me , I have sinusitis and nasal polyp since 2 years

It could be because of Eustachian tube dysfunction, this is the one which connects ear and nose So if you have any nose, Pathology need to get it correct Kindly go for Endoscopy examination and ear examination with Audiogram
