PUJ stomach pain
My 4 year old son complained of stomach ache 5 days before the doctor prescribed him of cyclopam syrup but still he has stomach pain which comes for a fraction of a second and goes. When ultrasound is done it is showing owing that he has hydronephrosis gade 2. This is the first time he had such pain. No problem with his urination pls help me regarding what steps to follow further

It maybe due to infection.  With some antibiotics and analgesics it will be fine. Sure

Hydronephrosis doesn't cause pain. Please consult with a General Surgeon or a Urologist regarding hydronephrosis.
