Protein supplement
Are these protein supplements really work like the protein we get from foods? If 30 gm includes 24 gm protein does it really absorb by the body or not?

Protein  supplements  are recommended  only if there are symptoms  of malnutrition  and other medical conditions  with a regular  follow  up supervision by a Doctor  or Dietitian  as nothing  works  best as the  actual food source as a better  bio absorption  happens  only through food  sources.
Next Steps
so to have more clarity  on this  kindly  connect  through  practo  online consult.

Protein supplement available in market are of various types. Yes whey Protein has the absorption capacity and hence a small scoop has big quantity of protein. But it's important to do exercise ( weight training. ) If taking whey Protein or sports nutrition protein supplement, Or this proteins will cause health issues. Better to opt for natural foods for protein requirements. Consult me on Practo online consultation for a personalized diet plan.
