Hello Doctor,
I am 18.5 year male and a student.
I want to increase my protein intake as it is very less.
Major of my protein source is 2 glasses of milk out of which one is flavoured and another is unflavoured.
Should I take protein shake to increase my protein intake?
If yes then, please recommend a particular one because choosing out of so many available in market is difficult for me.

Better to take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass. Otherwise you can take whey protein powder.
