Hello,
Taking any kind of supplements or medicines is not advisable, until you are into vigorous activity or heavy lifting. As it may harm the body in long term. Follow a protein rich diet and take protein post workout as it will help in building muscle mass (like paneer, soyabean, sprouts, egg whites, chicken)
