Shivering and Shaking
Whenever i sit in an AC room or visit a place with low average temperatures i start shivering and body starts shaking due to the cold atmosphere. People around me don't shiver like me. What must i do?

Hello.... People get adjusted to surrounding temperature... If you are new to that temperature or surrounding ,you will shiver and that's normal ,if you have this problem from long time check your thyroid level because one with less metabolism activity is intolerant to cold....
