I want to know which are the fruits which are rich in proteins which should be consumed everyday to have a healthy life.

Hello! You need to know that fruits are not at all source of protein. Fruits source of vitamin n mineral n fibre. Source of protein - pulses, nuts, egg, chicken, fish, milk n products etc. If you are not diabetic or free from any medical issues you can enjoy any seasonal fruit.
