Protein powders
What happens if we use protein powders for long periods, because I am fitness freak,I use protein powders for my protein intake,if may be I stop drinking shakes,it leads to weight loss I don't want that,I always want to be fit,so average use of protein powders,ex:2 scoops per day for my whole life is good or not...? Or powders cause any side effects for that long time???
