Hello sir/madam , iam 21 and height 5'3 and weight is 61 .I'm gng to gym for weight loss and the trainer suggested me to take whey protein post workout. But when I saw pros and cons of protein powder iam just confused whether to take it or not bcuz as protein as many calories I may put on weight...so can you suggest me to use it or not and diet also if I take protein powder ?? Can I take protein if stop my workouts ??!
