We can’t suggest any protein powder with seeing your reports. Need your kidney function test report , medical history , height, weight and body composition. Instead of protein powder you can maintain your healthy routine. Drink 3-4 litres water in a day. Don’t skip your meal maintain 2-3 hour gap. Do your body analysis and get better results. For more detail consult me directly on Practo.
