I prepare homemade protein laddoo using almonds, cashew, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, watermelon seeds and fard dates. I just roast the nuts and seeds and powder them to make it with some ghee. It is for my husband to eat before going to the gym( one laddoo per day). I also have it nowadays. He is saying that he is having digestion issues and constipation recently. So I'm worried, is this because of these seeds in the laddu? Because I saw on google chia seeds should be consumed with water only. Also does this affect badly in any way in getting
pregnant. Kindly share your opinion
