I have urice acid. And do gym regularly what are the protein that I can have without affecting my uric acid level.

Hi, certain foods like peas, lentils, beans, mushrooms, spinach, chicken should be restricted. Alcohol especially beer should be avoided. Have foods rich in vitamin C and lots of fluid. You can take eggs, other kinds of dals, sprouts, fish and nuts to support your protein needs

All protiens are same & organic. sources v quick absorption but more can affect. so cut down protien. u need proper balanced diet to be calculated per day basis. dnt take supplement, better food in natural sources.
