Hi, hope you are well. Soybean is a food product which research shows conflicting reports about its effect on the body. My advice would so be to avoid soya and its products completely. You can increase the protein intake by increasing the consumption of milk, paneer, curd, chana roasted or boiled, rajma, nuts, sprouts, make roti atta with mix of ragi, chana flour, bajra and jowar flour with wheat flour. Peanut butter is also a good source. Drink lots of fluid to remove the toxic by products in the body. Hope this helps.
