Its important to maintain a healthy lifestyle always, make sure you are hydrated enough, and consume 2 fruits towards morning and mixed nuts before your workout. Exercise for atleast 30-45min everyday and fix your sleep time and meal timings. 2hour food intake will keep you active and choose less of processed and packed and prepare healthy salad like sprouts, makhana or roasted channa to consume as your evening snack.
Next Steps
for further query you can have a personal consultation with me so that i can frame a diet chart according to your preference and routine

Hello, I can understand your concern about eating right with restricted movement and avoid gaining fat. But, we need your details of height, weight, lifestyle, eating habits, sleep, stress, medical conditions and medication if any to be able to guide you better. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it will take into account all the above mentioned details. As a start you can follow guidelines below - 1. Set in a routine (food, sleep & exercise) 2. Eat balanced meals 3. As movement is restricted ensure you do indoor exercises for 30 minutes daily 4. Include two fruits throughout the day in your diet 5. Avoid processed, packaged, fried and refined flour & its products 6. Drink 2-3 liters of water to stay hydrated

As you haven't mentioned your height and weight I assume you are not overweight.  So during this time try and make a fixed time table for your breakfast, work, exercise,  television, for other activities etc. You should avoid sitting and snacking in front of television. To avoid weight gain eat just enough ie about 6 Chapatis in a day, good amounts of protein to help with your immunity.  Plenty of vegetables and fruits.
Next Steps
avoid alcohol and oily fried foods.
Health Tips
Exercise regularly 1 hr a day to have a good metabolic rate ie burn calories that you consume.

Frankly speaking, you can get a direct consultation, otherwise global statement may not effective to your body. Firstly identify the need & proceed accordingly.
