According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from increase Prolactin level Normal Prolactin level is less than 25mcg/l. Physiological Prolactin level increase as upto 40 mcg /l  in some cases as Pregnancy /(in pregnancy it can be increase up to 100 mcg /l  ) REM sleep , Stress , Lactation and  Chest wall stimulation. Pathological value - is more than 40 mcg/l . So according to your value if you are not pregnant then it is due to some pathology . Generally due to some drug Prolactin can be increase up to 40  -100 .
Next Steps
Drug like typical antipsychotic and some atypical  antipsychotic like resperidone can be increase and some medicine like TCA /SSRI , verapamil , Opiate , H2 blocker and @- methyl dopa . Please if you are taking any medicine as above then close it then Prolactin become normal.
