Checked random blood profile as i felt giddy. neutrophil count was 80 percentage and lymphocyte count is 15 percentage. total wbc count is 10500. what does it signify? I am 18 years old

I can understand your concern.
Doesn't signify anything related to your giddiness.
Neutrophils increase in response to infections in the body.
Nothing to worry as far as the neutrophils and lymphocytes are concerned in relation to giddiness.
Get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
