Procasination and Confusion in life.
I am a 26 years old. I am in a lot of stress and easily gets tensed about my life. Till now i have not achieved any good pay job, neither i have completed my professional course. I get emotionally weak and have lack of confidence in life. Not able to decide anything proper in life. Poor Decision making. For few days i started studying daily in morning and at night. After few days passed i stop doing studies and wasting my own precious time scrolling social media. I tend to have thoughts of setting a proper way for my career and life, but i am unable to do achieve it or neither i felt confident. I do procasinations alot, but doing nothing in life. I am 26 years old, still i am not stable financially and mentally. I feel like i am bored and my vision for life never come and i will not live a happy and succesful life. Sometime i get thoughts of getting study, but my mind is so lazy and i unable to do that also. Even this lazy nature made me physically not active. I am stucked. I am Tired.

It seems to be stress induced psychological issues. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively.

Hi... There are 2-3 aspects you need to focus on right now. First is following a healthy routine in terms of proper and timely meals, sleep, exercise, and breathing/meditation. It may sound very typical but it is the basis of a healthy mind and body. To correct cyclic loop of your negative thoughts and emotions, you can seek counselling. It will also help you identify your core issues that are ultimately inhibiting your performance. When we are trying something we aren't good at or that we don't really like, we are very likely to procrastinate or loose interest in between. We also behave in a similar manner when we believe our efforts are not going to bring any results and will not change our overall situation. Such preconceived notions can be corrected with using therapeutic techniques like CBT etc. But for all this you'll have to first take charge of your mind, body, and actions. You have to take control of your life. It is 100% your responsibility.
