Stop allowing silly little things to steal your happiness. You're strong and you can get through everything one step at a time. Don’t worry about people who aren’t happy for you. They probably are not happy for themselves either. You're loved, someone out there loves you more than you think. Your anxiety will tell you the worst case scenario. It’s a damn liar! Your life becomes the story you tell yourself. Change the story you tell. And change your life. Worrying is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do. But doesn’t get you anywhere. Things won’t get better unless you think better. Don’t let little things take up too much room in your heart…or you will spend your whole life being upset. Stop caring what other's think. You're unique and amazing! That's all that matters! Do what's right for you. Start putting yourself and your own happiness first. Breathe and have faith. Everything will be okay and will work out for you! Repeat after me! - I am strong - I can do this - I am capable enough - I deserve to be happy - I refuse to let negative thoughts control Me.

It is important for you to understand yourself better and it is important to practice self-compassion. Hi , I understand what you are feeling. You can’t avoid stress. But you can make it a goal to keep everyday stress at low levels. When you’re stressed, your body responds by making hormones that provide extra energy, focus, and strength. This is called the fight-or-flight response. At times, a small surge of stress can be a positive thing, It can motivate you toward your goal. But too much stress , or stress you can’t manage , keeps you from doing and feeling your best. It can wear you down, drain your energy, and make it harder to get things done. Consult a Psychologist, like you have explained your feelings clearly here in the same way . The psychologist will teach you skills that will help manage feelings that aren’t helpful and will identify coping strategies that work for you, such as mindfulness or physical exercise. You will also improve your inter personal skills.
