Do braces change our bite permanently during treatment for tmj?... Can our jaw and lower row of teeth move backward with respect to their position?.... What should be the best treatment plan for tmj disorder( caused by excessive jaw clenching)? Please help....

Yes its a permanent treatment! Yes lower teeth also can be moved backward in proper alignment! Splinting and bite correction is the best treatment plan
