Problem in sleep( feeling tired)
I feel tired and sleepy even after I slept for 8 hours. I was able to remember my dreams clearly. My eyelids feel heavy for at least 1 hour after sleep. when I decide to take a small nap(1 to 1 and half hours) I experience dreams immediately and when I wake up I don't feel like I have slept and can still remember the dreams

Dear practo user,here there might be two reasons for your problem 1.your taking lot of stress and carrying many aspects in your mind. 2.Are you healthy? I mean physically fit or do you have any issues. 3.what is your lifestyle?What are doing currently?
