I feel tired all day and no energy to do the task important to me. I easily get tired because of the university class hours but i am not doing much.
Is that due to depression or overthinking Or because I am overweight.

Is this a new onset thing or something that has been going on for years? Often there are triggers to these issues and factors which maintain these issues. Please get it evaluated properly with a psychiatrist.

Get a Psychiatrist opinion. It can be due to commonly Anemia, hypothyroidism, other medical causes or depression too. Blood tests and assessment will reveal the cause and then can be treated as per the same. Good luck.
