I am a 19 years old engineering student and I am not able to concentrate in my studies...I always thinks that I should study ...I have to do it...But I can't....I don't know whenever I sit to study I get distracted by anything like sound, TV, talks, some useless thoughts coming in mind... Searching things on web...Even just to get rid of it deleted my facebook account and all the games but still the same...I always study just few hours before the exam...And I am not doing well in exams too...I was a good in studies with good concentration and memory...But now I am can't concentrate my memory just in studies is not good... Accept studies I can concentrate well and remember anything in other things...It takes me so much time even to complete a small question....Just help me if you can....I am tired of it... You must not loose hope.Attention is the key to improve your memory.I think your mind is now stirred off with many thinks,you must EMPTY YOUR MIND.When your mind is empty then u can concentrate and memorise all your study.Dont study all the time,just make a routine for your study timings.Follow the routine ,u will sure succeed.
