I am gaining weight rapidly on my upper arms and unable to shed those. Earlier the problem wasn't much (since 12 years) but now it's accelerating. Rest of the body is more or less in shape. Please guide me in getting rid of this fat.

Avoid fried, oily food and keep away from sugar and foods high in sugar.
Exercise daily for an hour and increase the intake of fiber in your diet.
