I am gaining weight rapidly on my upper arms and unable to shed those. Earlier the problem wasn't much (since 12 years) but now it's accelerating. Rest of the body is more or less in shape. Please guide me in getting rid of this fat.

Hello, It can be genetic, due to hormonal changes. Avoid fried, oily food and keep away from sugar and foods high in sugar. Exercise daily for an hour and increase the intake of fiber in your diet.

As woman grow older, hormones like testosterone rise and make it more difficult to loose arm fat specially because of slow metabolic rate, high carbohydrate dense food, vegetative life style, skipping breakfast, poor sleep and obesity.

This is futile if u donot add physical exercise. Exercises such as pushups can help in this case, since you will use your own body weight to tone your arms. Tricep dips will also help you lose flabby arms without bulking up silde planks is another important exercise.
