Prevention of covid
Unfortunately I came in contact with a + healthcare worker, who died later due to same. Contact was of 5-10 minutes, where he didn't had mask but I had N95 mask. Covid was not detected till then(it was found after his death) He was fully vaccinated. It was 4 days back. Can I take any preventive meds at this juncture? Any prophylaxis...Like ivermectin or others ?? Any dietary recommendation? Though I am also, double dose vaccinated with covisheild(2nd dose 34 days back) plus was + also in April. Please suggest.
