Pregnancy weight loss
I have delivered via C sec two months back. I have gained around 20 kgs during pregnancy. Already lost 10 kgs till now after delivery. I have 10 more to go. When can I start exercising. Any exercises to avoid due to C sec. What diet can I follow.
