Weight gain during and after pregnancy
31 yr old. Had gestational BP and Diabetes. C-section. I gained 25kgs + during and after pregnancy. Currently my 5month baby is breastfeeding. How to reduce this extreme weight gain. No other problem. Currently no diabetes or BP.

As such feeding the baby has the great advantage of losing the pregnancy weight gain to a large  extent, in general  go for balanced meal plan  including variety  of cereals,vegetables pulses,lentils,low fat dairy, seasonal fruits etc, Eat small meals at frequent intervals .
