In case of high cholestasis, what should be the ideal week to deliver the baby? I have high SGPT and SGOT and am taking udiliv 300. I have taken betnesol. Please suggest. Upto how many weeks baby is safe in the womb in this case?

The timing and mode of delivery depends upon the patient.
If the symptoms are severe or baby condition altered then it is a emergency, needs termination.
Usually termination offered after 37 weeks if foetal well being is ensured.
