Cholestasis in pregnancy
Hi Doctor, My wife has completed 34 weeks in pregnancy, and was diagnosed with Cholestasis in pregnancy at 31 st week and currently is on UDILIV 300 once a day. SGOT: 134 IU/L SGPT: 308 IU/L Is there a possibility that we can have a delivery post 37 weeks? Thanks

This decision is entirely in the hands of your Gynaecologist. I suggest you have a word with her that instead of 37 weeks , the Caesarean should be done at 38 weeks.

Dose of udiliv is inadequate U will definitely have to deliver the baby at 37 weeks one day Lest u lose the baby to IUD or muconium aspiration
