Your question is not clear. You can have increased frequency of urination during pregnancy but that doesn't mean that every woman who has increased frequency of urination is pregnant. You can travel by bike during pregnancy if you want to go for 3-4 km. But you can't travel by bike from Delhi to Lucknow.

In early pregnancy u can have frequent urination but if it is associated with burning or pain while passing urine then there is urinary infection which needs to be treated. U can travel on bike but avoid jerks. If there is any complications in pregnancy don't trave by bike
