I have 14week of pregnancy... doctor prescribed to take folme DHA in morning, feroset XT after lunch and calciquick super & ecosprin in night but I'm suffering from stomach constipation, acidity, soft stool...what should I do??

Stop feroset and calcium .
Then start feroset on alternate days for the time being.
Start calcium from 20 weeks. I don't know why you are taking Ecosprin?
